If you have services or products that you would like to donate, please fill out the form below.  Currently, we are seeking in-kind services for cleaning supplies and cleaning services and various maintainence services.  Additionally, we can always use office supplies, marketing assistance and event support.  When we host events for our members, we could use donated decorating services and food products.  Let us know how you would like to become a community partner for Lily’s Pad!
