If you have services or products that you would like to donate, please fill out the form below.  Currently, we are seeking in-kind services for electricians, plumbers, construction materials and so much more.  We have areas soon to be under construction that will require donations of decor and furniture.  Additionally, we can always use office supplies, marketing assistance and event support.  Let us know how you would like to become a community partner for Lily’s Pad!
